IPMS Glasgow

 

We are a diverse group of people who share an interest in model making.  We build all sorts of models including aircraft, armour, ships, figures, trucks, cars and science fiction subjects.

We get together on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month to share what we’ve been building, to discuss modelling, and also to hold monthly club competitions. We meet from 7.00 to 9.00 in the Woodlands Methodist Church, 229 Woodlands Road, Glasgow G3 6LW. Details are given on the Club Diary page.

 

You’ll find us at various model shows around the country, including the Scottish Nationals (Perth, April), Scale Scotland (Edinburgh, September), and Scale Model World ( Telford, November)

The club is a branch of IPMS (UK), the International Plastic Modellers Society, which was founded in Britain in 1963. Membership of IPMS (UK) has many benefits, but it is not a requirement for becoming a member of the IPMS Glasgow club.
